Welcome to Prime Creative Hub. By using this website, placing an order, registering for a workshop or purchasing any of our products or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Prime Event Management LLC, United Arab Emirates, operates Prime Creative Hub.
Products and Availability
Prime Creative Hub offers creative products and experiences, including figurine party packs, DIY kits, décor and gift items, online workshops, and digital creative resources.
Product designs, colors, sizes, and availability may vary. Where applicable, we will clearly communicate this information before confirming an order.
Orders
Some orders are completed through WhatsApp rather than directly through the website.
An inquiry through WhatsApp does not constitute a confirmed order. Your order is confirmed once the product or service, quantity, price, availability, delivery arrangements where applicable, and payment have been agreed upon.
Prices and Payment
Current prices will be provided before an order or booking is confirmed.
Payments may be made through the payment methods provided by Prime Creative Hub. Payment services may be operated by third-party payment providers and are subject to their terms and privacy policies.
Delivery
Delivery availability, charges, and estimated delivery times will be confirmed before payment where applicable.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information.
Cancellation of Customised or Personalised Orders
Production is deemed to begin once the order is confirmed, the customer has approved the required details, and either materials have been allocated or preparation/customisation work has started.
Orders cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation are eligible for a full refund, provided production has not commenced. If production has already begun, the cancellation terms below will apply.
Once production has begun, Prime Creative Hub may retain a reasonable amount of up to 50% of the total order value to cover materials purchased or allocated, customisation work and production already completed. Any remaining balance will be refunded to the customer.
This cancellation policy does not affect any rights or remedies available to the customer under applicable UAE consumer protection laws where a product is defective, damaged, or materially different from what was agreed.
Online Workshops and Digital Resources
Workshop descriptions, dates, times, fees, materials required, and participation details will be provided before registration is confirmed.
Participants are responsible for having the materials and suitable internet access required for an online session unless otherwise stated.
Any specific cancellation, rescheduling, or refund conditions for a workshop will be communicated before booking and will form part of the booking terms.
Recorded classes, guides, and other digital materials are for the purchaser's personal use unless otherwise stated.
Safety
Customers should follow all instructions, age recommendations, and safety information supplied with our creative products.
Children should be appropriately supervised by an adult where indicated, particularly when using paints, small parts or craft materials.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content on this website, including text, graphics, branding, instructional materials, workshop content and original digital resources, belongs to Prime Creative Hub or is used with appropriate permission.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, resold, or used commercially without prior written permission.
Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may contain links to third-party services such as WhatsApp or payment providers.
